BRANDON & BRANDA processes your Personal Data when you use our services and/or when you provide this data to us. This includes Personal Data of individuals with whom we have, had, or wish to have a direct or indirect relationship. This includes the contact persons provided by our clients and suppliers, potential clients, potential employees, and respondent data.
BRANDON & BRANDA may collect or obtain the following Personal Data from you:

Billing-related information (VAT number, bank account number).
Academic curriculum-related information (in the context of a job application).
Personal details (age, gender, etc.).

Additionally, BRANDON & BRANDA has a department in Dubai. We have concluded the Model Contractual Clauses with our partner in Dubai, providing sufficient guarantees for a lawful transfer of personal data to third countries, based on a decision of the European Commission under Article 26(4) of Directive 95/46/EC.
6. DURATION OF PROCESSING
BRANDON & BRANDA does not retain your Personal Data longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes mentioned in this privacy statement.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
BRANDON & BRANDA commits to take all reasonable measures to ensure the protection of your Personal Data through technical security measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration. The Personal Data provided to BRANDON & BRANDA is stored on servers in Belgium or the European Union, if applicable, with the Processor.

Additionally, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or object to the processing of Personal Data by BRANDON & BRANDA. You also have the right to data portability. You can request the Personal Data we have about you in a computer file to be sent to you or to another organization you specify.

We will respond as soon as possible, within 4 weeks at the latest, to your request.

BRANDON & BRANDA may also process Personal Data for third parties.
BRANDON & BRANDA is a service provider to its clients, acting as a Processor of Personal Data. Personal Data entrusted to us by clients for processing purposes is used solely for the clearly defined tasks you have provided. These data are never used for any other purpose. Our obligations regarding the processing of the Personal Data we receive from our clients are governed by a data processing agreement concluded between BRANDON & BRANDA and our client.
