De Lijsterbes

Sorbus aucuparia is the scientific name for the Rowan tree (Lijsterbes). ‘Sorbus’ is Latin for fruit, while ‘aucupor’ means bird-catching. The Romans used the orange berries of this tree as bait. In the restaurant, they strive every day to entice their guests, but with natural products prepared with creativity.

BRANDON & BRANDA reinvigorated the look and feel of De Lijsterbes through a complete rebranding. We designed a new corporate identity, website, and handle all aspects of communication with customers. In addition to reputation, images are extremely important for teasing customers, so we enlisted a photographer to capture fresh new visuals of the restaurant and its top dishes.
